Terms & Conditions for the Mastering ChatGPT Program

Welcome to the Mastering ChatGPT Program! By registering for the Mastering ChatGPT Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering for the Program.

Eligibility

General Eligibility

The Mastering ChatGPT Program is open to anyone passionate about learning ChatGPT and Large Language Models, regardless of their background or prior experience.

Specializations

Specialization 1: Open to a wide audience, including but not limited to business professionals, researchers, educators, and healthcare providers.

Specialization 2: Recommended for those with a technical background or those who have completed Specialization 1 and wish to delve deeper into the technical aspects of ChatGPT and AI.

Registration and Fees

• Registration for the Program must be completed using the online registration form.
• The full registration fee is required to be paid upon completing the registration process.
• Availability is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All course fees are non-refundable once paid.
• Participants are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Course Dates

Specialization 1: The Program will take place on the following Saturdays: October 21, October 28, November 4, and November 11.

Specialization 2: The sessions will be conducted on these Saturdays: November 25, December 2, December 9, and December 16.

Course Content

The Program is designed to provide comprehensive training on using ChatGPT and AI in various sectors. The Program organizers reserve the right to alter or modify the course content as necessary.

Attendance & Certification

• Participants will be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the Program.
• Certification will be issued based solely on attendance, independent of whether the course fee has been paid.
• If a participant has paid for a course but does not attend, no certificate of attendance will be issued for the missed session. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the certification process.
• No refunds will be provided for sessions that a participant has paid for but failed to attend.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including lectures, slides, and handouts, are the intellectual property of the Program organizers and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Disclaimer

The Program is designed for educational and illustration purposes only. While it aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the Program makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the applicability of the content in production.

Limitation of Liability

The Program organizers will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Saudi Arabia.
